Monday, October 21, 2019 through Friday, October 25, 2019 was National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week. Every year, Adelphi Crime Prevention Sergeant, Gerard Lennon, conducts an intoxicated driver simulation for our students to help prevent drunk driving.

One of ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ's shuttle buses that was once used as a Panther Express vehicle, transporting Adelphi students to and from campus daily, is now a newly refurbished Garden City Police Department (GCPD) command post vehicle.

ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ recently completed a test of our Emergency Operations Plan (E.O.P.). Per the Clery Act (Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act), we are required to (1) test the university emergency response and evacuation procedures on at least an annual basis, and (2) publicize our emergency response and evacuation procedures, along with a summary of the test. The following notification is being sent to university employees and students to meet this requirement.
